Telephone Banking Service Discontinuation

Horizon Credit Union is committed to developing accessible and convenient financial tools that make banking easier for our members. We continually look for ways to improve service, which involves performing research to make sure we understand the evolving needs of our members. As a result, our telephone banking service will no longer be available effective May 30, 2018. Discontinuing underutilized services enables us to reinvest in, and improve services that are in higher demand.  

 

Horizon Credit Union continues to offer multiple secure banking service options. Members can perform their banking through Member Direct® online, our mobile app, mobile web, and SMS/text banking service. These services can be accessed 24/7 from your smartphone, tablet or personal computer from the comfort of your home or when you are on the go.

 

You can always call any of our branches at any time during business hours to receive friendly, personalized service or to set up any of the banking options listed above.
