Our Telephone Banking Service is accessible from your home, office or while you travel, using your telephone. It is safe & convenient.

Our telephone banking system is an easy, convenient way to transfer funds, make loan payments, pay your bills, inquiry into transaction updates between statements, get current exchange rates, or check on our hours to name a few.

It’s available to you 24 hours a day. So if you want to do your business early in the morning, late at night, or just don’t want to leave home, any day of the week, you can now access your account with Horizon Credit Union using your telephone.

Your information and transactions are confidential, because only you can have access through your own selected Member Access Code.

Through the automated Integrated Voice Response System (IVR) you can obtain your current "as of today" balances of your chequing, savings, loans, terms, and registered plans.

You can ask for statement details and have them faxed to you if you choose.

Not at home or the office? No problem, use a telephone from where ever you are. If you wish to transfer money to or from your chequing or savings accounts, make a loan payment, or pay a bill, it can now be done from the privacy and comfort of your home or office anytime day or night.

Can you transfer to another account with us? Sure, if it is your account, for your child, friend or another situation, set up that account with us and you make the transfers at your own convenience.

Save money too! There are no added service fee costs if you use this service to make transfers, make loan payments, do inquiries or pay bills. It's EASY, CONVENIENT & AFFORDABLE.

How do you get this great service??

  1. Stop in at any branch in Melville, Grayson, Grenfell, Neudorf, or Wolseley.
  2. Complete the Member Access Code Agreement and have our staff assist you in setting up your account with a Member Access Code.
  3. If you wish to make your bill payments using this service set up those vendors with our staff. Bring a copy of your bills to our offices so we ensure the correct vendor accounts are set up. (Examples might be credit card payments, utility bills, cable, etc.)
  4. Once you are setup to access telephone banking:

Dial our telephone banking phone number, key in from your telephone your account number, branch number, Member Access Code and make your requests.
